2. Product Definitions
- TalkLoop Free - free access to selected features with usage limits, including 2 lessons with an AI tutor to start (one-time, in total).
- TalkLoop Plus (monthly) - a subscription renewing every month, including speaking practice without a daily limit, full AI feedback, history, plans, vocabulary review and 2 lessons with an AI tutor per week.
- TalkLoop Plus (annual) - a subscription renewing every year, with the same scope as monthly Plus, paid upfront for 12 months.
- TalkLoop Premium - a subscription renewing every month, including the Plus scope and 1 lesson with an AI tutor per day instead of 2 per week.
- Lifetime (also "Founding Lifetime") - a one-time purchase of access to the Plus scope, including 2 lessons with an AI tutor per week, without recurring billing. The offer is limited to a pool set by the provider; sales close once it is used up.
- Lesson pack - a one-time purchase of a set number of extra lessons with an AI tutor (e.g. 5 lessons) for users with an active Plus plan (monthly, annual or Lifetime), usable after the weekly limit is used up.
- Survival B1 - a one-time digital course with micro-lessons, simulations, capstone and a certificate after course requirements are met.
- Real-Life A2 - a one-time digital course based on everyday communication scenarios, training steps and AI conversations.
3. Lessons with an AI Tutor and Limits
A lesson with an AI tutor is an AI-led speaking lesson (about 15 minutes) with a warm-up, new material, exercises and feedback. The AI tutor (e.g. Leo or Lea) is not a human.
Lesson limits depend on the plan: Free - 2 lessons in total; Plus (monthly, annual) and Lifetime - 2 lessons per week; Premium - 1 lesson per day. A week runs Monday to Sunday and a day midnight to midnight, Polish time.
Only completed lessons count toward the limit; an interrupted lesson does not use it. Unused lessons from a week or day do not carry over to the next period.
Lesson pack lessons do not expire, but can only be used with an active Plus plan (monthly, annual or Lifetime) and only after the weekly limit is used up. If Plus lapses, unused pack lessons become available again once Plus is reactivated.
The provider may apply technical limits to prevent abuse (e.g. request rate limits). Changes to limits for active subscriptions take effect from the next billing period, after prior notice.
4. Account, Login and Local User
You may use TalkLoop without signing in, in which case the app can create a local browser identifier, or with an account linked to your email address.
Login may use a magic link or password, where enabled. You are responsible for securing access to your mailbox and device.
5. AI, STT and TTS Service Scope
TalkLoop helps users practise spoken English, transcribe speech, generate AI feedback, train shadowing, review vocabulary, follow learning plans and use digital courses.
Features may rely on speech recognition, text-to-speech, AI models and external providers. AI outputs are educational and supportive. TalkLoop does not guarantee a specific language result, exam score or CEFR level progression.
6. Payments, Subscriptions and Access
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment terms are shown in the offer and in Stripe Checkout.
Monthly Plus and Premium renew every month, and annual Plus every year, until cancelled. Lifetime, lesson packs and one-time courses are one-time payments without recurring billing, according to the product description. Monthly Plus, annual Plus and Premium can also be paid once (e.g. with BLIK) for 30 days or 12 months of access; such a purchase does not renew automatically, and buying again before the period ends extends access from its end date.
Switching from monthly Plus to Premium changes the price of the existing subscription; Stripe prorates the difference for the current period.
Lifetime access means access to the purchased product scope while TalkLoop is commercially maintained. It does not include account transfer, resale rights or a guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
7. Cancellation and Access Changes
Subscriptions (monthly Plus, annual Plus, Premium) can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period. After cancellation, paid access remains active until the end of the paid period.
The provider may introduce technical, maintenance or product changes, provided they do not remove the core value of the purchased access. Users will be informed about material changes in-app or by email.
8. Withdrawal and Immediate Digital Access
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions.
Before paid checkout we ask for explicit consent to start providing the digital service or content immediately before the 14-day period expires. Once digital content or full access starts, the withdrawal right may be lost or limited under applicable law.
The provider may still offer a voluntary refund policy described for a specific product.
9. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to the provider's email address listed in these Terms. The message should include the account email, problem description, event date and expected resolution.
The provider responds within a reasonable time, and no later than required by applicable consumer law.
10. Certificates and Public Links
A Survival B1 certificate confirms completion of the course and its requirements inside TalkLoop. It is not an official language certificate or state exam.
The user may receive a public certificate verification link. The link may disclose the name provided by the user, certificate identifier and course information.
11. Technical Requirements and Limits
Failure to meet technical requirements may limit access to selected features. TalkLoop is not responsible for failures caused by the user's device, network, browser or independent providers beyond what applicable law requires.
- a current browser with microphone and JavaScript support,
- a stable internet connection,
- a working microphone for speaking exercises,
- availability of external providers such as hosting, Stripe, email, STT, TTS and AI model providers.
